RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Helios Cigars we aim to provide the best quality of cigars for our customers. We stand behind the quality of the cigars that we carry. In the event you need to return your cigars you may do so for store credit. You have 7-days from date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange of an item. After 7-days we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.
RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES:
To be eligible for a return or exchange all items must be in the same condition they were received in. Your item must be unused and be in the original packaging. Cigars must be returned in sellable condition; no cut or partially smoked cigars will be accepted.
Bundles cannot be returned/exchanged if opened.
Cigar samplers, 5-packs, single cigars, tins, closeout items, deals and steals items, and close out boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged.
The store credit issued does not include shipping cost. Store credit will be issued only for the value of the cigars. A digital gift card will be issued to you via email for future purchases.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please inspect all cigars immediately and report any defects, mold, or humidity issues within 24-hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the defects, mold, or humidity issues within 24-hours of delivery of your order.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Contact Returns@HeliosCigars.com with a copy of your receipt and photos of all items being returned or exchanged.
Be sure when packaging your return to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging no store credit will be issued.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we urge you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your item unless it has tracking.
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of returned item. If you are approved, your store credit will be processed, and a digital gift card will be sent to your email address on file. If you have requested an exchange, you will be notified of when the exchanged items will be shipped.
Helios Cigars reserves the right to amend this return/exchange policy at any time without notice.

All acceptable returns or exchanges, other than damaged or broken goods, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
