SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All in-stock items ordered will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Backorder and pre-order items will ship as soon as we receive them. We use the U.S. Postal Services (USPS) as our shipping carriers. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM PST will be shipped the same or next day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All back-ordered items will ship as soon as they are in stock. No additional charges will incur for back-ordered items. If any significant delay should occur on non-back ordered items, we will contact you via Email or Phone.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

USPS policy mandates an adult signature for delivery.

At this time, we do not ship internationally due to customs and tax regulations.

Due to state regulations, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada or Utah.

Any backordered items that ship at a later date will not incur additional shipping charges.

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier or pickup location, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
